QUALITY MANAGER
Experienced Quality individual wanted to drive and own the quality management system for the production of exquisite scaled down vehicle covering all areas from inspection and administration .

Compensation:  Competitive Salary based on experience + share options + bonus scheme
Location:  The Little Car Company Headquarters, Bicester Heritage
Holiday: 25 days per year, option to take 1 month off unpaid per year after 1 year service
Share options   scheme: Immediate
We'll likely do the majority of initial interviews by video call, but will look to meet candidates in person before the final decision is made.

We need a proactive and driven experienced quality manager to develop and expand our operations as we broaden and progress the inspection processes in line with very exciting and detailed growth of the company. All aspects of QMS and QA
· Identify Quality System weaknesses and change as necessary to strengthen.
· Designing quality standards, procedures and specifications for a company
· Testing products and services to ensure that they meet quality standards
· Preparing performance reports
· Collaborating with engineering team to ensure suppliers and manufacturing partners meet required quality standards
· Ensuring that all processes meet safety, legal and other national or international standards
· Excellent leadership and person/team management skills
· Able to understand and interpret detailed component and assembly drawings.
· Comfortable in the office as well as in the warehouse and inspection areas
· An interest in and knowledge of automotive systems and assemblies.
· Knowledge of working with composite materials
· Experience of implementation of new processes and protocols
Ability to use Excel / PowerPoint / Outlook. Full time in at The Little Car Company’s brand-new HQ at Bicester Heritage, the UK’s first automotive campus. It is a stunning place for any car enthusiast to be based.
· There may be occasional travel with the company as required, potentially nationally / internationally.
· A full UK driving licence is preferred

The Little Car Company makes officially branded drive-able little cars for luxury high-end motor manufacturers. We’re already making cars for Bugatti, Aston Martin Lagonda, Ferrari, Bentley, Tamiya and there are more to follow.
