About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Commodities Account Manager on behalf of our client, a leading distributor in the commodities industry. Based in Burton-on-Trent, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing all distribution sales of commodity products and services in a defined geographic area. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new customers within the specified geographic area. Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue through effective planning and development of current and new accounts. Collaborate with the Director of Commodities to establish realistic sales goals for the area. Manage the assigned geographic sales area to maximise sales revenues. Conduct regular visits to the customer base and maintain visit reports. Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales for the specified area. Develop specific plans to ensure sales growth of all company products in the area. Liaise with colleagues on market activity and development. Promote the client's brand across the specified geographical area. Requirements: Degree educated in a relevant subject or equivalent experience. Previous sales experience preferred. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Proven ability to manage relationships and drive sales growth. Benefits: Full-time hours: 9 am to 5 pm

hybrid working. Competitive salary: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum plus bonus. Company car with fuel card for business and private use. Pension scheme. Company mobile and laptop.
