You will be instrumental in maintaining and growing the property portfolio while providing exceptional service. Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and conduct property viewings effectively
  • Negotiate tenancy terms and conditions
  • Secure new business and manage existing accounts

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Essential Skills & Experience:
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in a lettings role
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
