The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in sales, with at least two years of experience laying a solid foundation for success. Confidence in initiating cold calls and the resilience to navigate through potential rejections are pivotal. Your ability to connect with potential customers and your tenacity in securing sales will be at the core of your role. With a 34.5-hour workweek, there is room for flexibility, acknowledging that exceptional client pitches and visits may necessitate additional hours. In addition to the salary, a quarterly commission scheme is in place to reward your efforts, offering £50.00 for each legitimate appointment secured.
