At Capital City College Group (CCCG) we are dedicated to transforming lives through exceptional education and training. Our focus is providing our learners with the skills to be successful in their futures, whether that is continuing in education through higher education, or an apprenticeship, or supporting them into a higher-level job.

We are seeking to appoint a skilled, experienced, and qualified Head of Learning and Organisational Development who will define and implement the Group's learning and development strategy.

You will be educated to degree level in a relevant HR Professional qualification or equivalent and have an extensive experience in leading and implementing Learning and OD strategy and managing the Learning & OD function in a large organisation.
