We’re looking for a highly successful and skilled Residential Sales expert to join a great company in Hertfordshire. You will play a pivotal role in the growth of their residential sales business expanding their market share and delivering a best-in-class service.
Delivery of individual and team revenue against set targets through the sale of residential properties in the Hertfordshire area.
Providing exceptional customer service to clients, face to face, by telephone, or email.
Progress sales to completion, including liaison with solicitors as appropriate, and keeping all parties well informed.
Car Allowance
~ Show a successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Demonstrate a full understanding of the residential sales process.
Have experience in motivating a sales team.
Show a track record of converting market appraisals to sales revenue.
