As Account Manager, you’ll be pivotal in shaping and executing communications strategies, managing client relationships, and helping grow accounts in a fast-paced, high-stakes sector. What We’re Looking For Essential: Minimum ~2 years’ experience in PR or a relevant communications role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong media pitching and client-management capabilities. Ability to understand and operate within Capital Markets / financial communications. Great attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines under pressure. Ability to cooperate and manage relationships at multiple levels (senior, junior, across teams). A degree (2:1 or above preferred) or equivalent relevant education / drive. Desirable: Established media contacts, especially in financial press or investor relations. Track record of working on financial communications or capital markets clients. Experience in investor / analyst engagement programmes, crisis communications, or working with plc reporting requirements. Event planning, media training and crisis-comms experience. Pitching and proposal writing skills, with pitch-presentation experience.
