This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a customer-focused approach. The Hostess works closely with the Reception Manager the reception team to ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.Key Criteria:- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to warmly greet and welcome guests, make them feel comfortable, and address their needs and inquiries.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing circumstances, including accommodating last-minute changes in seating arrangements.
- Positive Attitude: Maintaining a cheerful and positive demeanour throughout the shift to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- A genuine passion for providing excellent hospitality and creating a memorable dining experience for guests.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom;
