IP lawyer or Commercial Lawyer with IP experience sought for an in-house role where you will work on cutting edge R&D projects and collaborations, as well as advising the business in relation to general commercial and IP matters.
A new opportunity has arisen for an IP lawyer or a commercial lawyer with some IP experience to support the business with R&D projects and collaborations as well as general commercial and IP legal advice. This position is based in the West Midlands and can be undertaken on a hybrid basis.

You will work within an established experienced team and advise and lead on commercial projects involving advising on commercial & IP contracts relating to commercial projects, research and development and collaborations. This position would suit an IP lawyer seeking an in-house move or a commercial lawyer who is keen to develop their IP skills and experience.

The office culture is friendly and relaxed, and a good work life balance is enjoyed by the legal team. You will have lots of interaction across the legal team and wider business.

This position would be suited to a lawyer with at least 4 years’ experience gained in IP and/or commercial contracts.
