As a Client Services Associate , you'll play a key role in supporting our Chartered Financial Planners, delivering tailored financial solutions, and maintaining a reputation for excellence

Your Role

As a valued member of a small and dedicated team, you’ll:

  • Build strong relationships with clients by managing annual reviews, scheduling meetings, and coordinating follow-ups.
  • Assist with gathering policy information, preparing performance presentations, and ensuring compliance needs are met.
  • Support advisers with key planning tasks, such as tracking ISA allowances, pension contributions, and tax-free cash balances.
  • Manage the preparation of suitability reports, process fund switches and transfers, and liaise with providers.
  • Ensure all client records are up to date, workflows are completed efficiently, and fees are reconciled.
  • Handle ad hoc client requests and contribute to a seamless client experience.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, with strong knowledge of financial products and regulations.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with iO software or similar systems is ideal. Experience with platforms like Quilter, Abrdn, Fidelity, Scottish Widows, or Aegon is a bonus.
  • Skills: A professional telephone manner, and a client-focused mindset.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
