Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to strengthen its team with a Senior Employment Lawyer to head up their employment team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex.

The Firm & Role

  • They deal with services to the individual, and services to business enterprises given them comprehensive, and rounded knowledge in terms of legal advice. The firm has been operating throughout the London and the regions for over 30 years and has set themselves apart from their competitors making them the 'go to' firm for reliable legal advice.

  • The firm handles advice for employers and also for employees on a full range of employment law issues, including discrimination matters, redundancy payments and misconduct dismissals.
  • They provide their expertise in the drafting and negotiation of settlement agreements, often securing a more attractive exit package for their clients than the one originally offered.
  • Clients come to them from every type of business and a wide variety of industries. They act for businesses and individuals in all sectors and are now planning for an ongoing growth strategy. The ideal candidate

  • You will be a Senior Employment Solicitor with ideally at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
  • The firm can offer excellent prospects with a route for progression
  • You should have good technical knowledge and the ability to deliver excellent client service
