Administration of key company accounts for customers with major retail brands.
Provide internal support for Commercial Team.
Deal efficiently with customer complaints.
Interface with Production, Scheduling and Quality teams to monitor customer orders.
Supporting the Customer Service and Supply Chain Teams by carrying out any administrative duties.
Collate weekly reports using excel to support business requirements.
To adhere to the Health and Safety policy, following all company policies and procedures that have been put in place to ensure your welfare and that of others. Assist in the administration of On Time and In Full Deliveries Tracker.
Assist in the administration of customer satisfaction measurement.
Help protect food, people and the planet.
