As the Nurse Qualified Home Manager, your responsibilities will include: Leading and managing a team of care professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Ensuring the provision of person-centred care, tailored to meet the individual needs of residents. Maintaining compliance with CQC regulations and upholding the highest standards of health and safety. Effectively managing budgets and resources to achieve operational targets.
