Amazon is looking for a smart, team-orientated, highly analytical leader to join the Amazon Fresh business.
The role comprises leadership of a high performing team in vendor management, continuously improving our customer proposition, driving category profitability, develop & grow the category and expanding our partnerships with key brands as well as working closely with our supply chain, merchandising, and marketing teams teams to deliver great results. The best candidate will have a broad skill set including strong vendor management and negotiations skills, leadership development, analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, deep curiosity about how things work, and a passion for creating a world class grocery shopping experience for our customers. Build strong and sustainable relationships at an senior levels with our vendors. Find creative solutions in negotiations and facilitate discussions in order to drive profitable growth
• Improve the customer experience by further building and inventing our customer proposition and further optimize the basics (category strategy, price, selection, convenience).
• Turn in-depth analysis into strategic insight, present these in convincing figures and turn them into action
• planning, forecasting and driving growth to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals.
• Driving negotiations and representing Amazon when meeting with senior leaders
• Experience with vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion or inventory management
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Bachelor's degree
