Start Date: January 2025
Our client, a leading tech company, is seeking a Compliance Manager to join their team. As the Compliance Manager, you will be responsible for managing ethics and compliance matters for our client's initiatives and offices. This position requires a deep understanding of risk assessment across various business areas and the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. You will also play a crucial role in triaging and escalating ethics and compliance issues as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ethics and compliance initiatives across Europe and Israel, ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct, Anti-Corruption Policy, and other relevant policies.
- Serve as a key point of contact for ethics and compliance matters, liaising with regional stakeholders and providing guidance and support to the business.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, focusing on ethics and compliance-related risks, and provide recommendations for preventive and corrective actions.
- Leverage regional expertise to enhance the global compliance programme and foster an ethical culture.
- Plan and deliver ethics and compliance training programmes and communication initiatives to educate employees and higher-risk third parties.
- Analyse third-party engagements for potential ethical and compliance risks, overseeing anti-corruption due diligence, monitoring, and advising on mitigation measures.
- Review compliance approval requests, particularly those related to anti-corruption risks, and facilitate resolution or escalation.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in compliance management or consulting roles.
- Strong knowledge of ethical and compliance frameworks and legislation.
- Experience conducting audits, risk assessments, and compliance-related evaluations.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Certified Compliance Professional designation is a plus.
