JHE & Partners are working with an excitingbusiness in Harrogateas they look to recruit a Purchase Ledger Controller to join their finance function initially on a 14 month fixed term contract basis. This role will have responsibility for processing quite a high volume of invoices and payments on a monthly basis, whilst maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers.

Offering a competitive salary and benefits including hybrid working, the successful candidate will have some experience in a similar role, combined with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. Key duties will include: Processing purchase invoices Handling and resolving supplier queries Supplier statement reconciliations Producing weekly payment schedule Assist with daily banking Supporting the wider finance team during busy periods

Applicants will ideally have good Excel skills, recent purchase ledger experience, the ability to work in a fast paced environment and a desire to meet deadlines. A friendly "can do" approach is essential to join this team, where everyone is happy to help eachother to meet team goals.
