Accounts Compliance Assistant Manager

Our client, one of the UK's most respected accountancy and advisory firms, is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their growing Business Outsourcing Services team in Salisbury. As Assistant Manager , you'll take ownership of a varied client portfolio and deliver high-quality compliance services. Preparing annual financial statements (statutory accounts, trust accounts, partnerships, sole traders)
Ensuring all work meets deadlines and regulatory standards
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent), or qualified by experience
Strong practice background, ideally in business outsourcing or accounts compliance
Solid understanding of UK GAAP and proficiency with accounting software
A proactive, client-focused mindset with a commitment to quality
