Zendesk Technical Architect | PreSales | Architecture | Engineering | Integrations | CCaaS | Remote | £80,000 - £90,000 Peaple Talent have partnered exclusively with a consultancy looking to hire an experienced Technical Architect to support in an abundance of projects associated with Zendesk implementations. You will have a proven background architecting Zendesk implementations and configurations and an up to date understanding of the current suite of functionality that Zendesk offers. Stakeholder engagement – internal and external supporting in the solution build and eventual architecture to be passed onto the engineering/administrative team Develop custom Zendesk configurations, workflows and automations for a myriad of end-clients across the UK retail, logistics, healthcare and more Design scalable and resilient integration architecture with API development and appropriate use of Zendesk plugins Assess and Audit Zendesk configurations identifying areas of improvement Produce TDDs and guide cross-functional teams towards your established solution architecture Ideally you will be Zendesk certified with an extensive career working on CCaaS architecture and engineering. This is a fully remote role for candidates based in the UK, you might travel to client site once a quarter which will be funded by the client. Offering circa £90,000 + benefits, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a massively growing consultancy who are performing phenomenally well in spite of market trends.
