As a Tuition Consultant , you will be at the heart of our business growth, playing a key role in expanding our network of educators and educational partners. Building Your Talent Network - Sourcing, vetting, and onboarding top-tier tutors to support children in need.
Ensuring Compliance & Safeguarding - Maintaining rigorous adherence to company policies and government regulations.

As a Tuition Consultant at TP Tutors, you play a pivotal role in connecting local authority services, educational institutions, and tutors to enhance the tuition experience for all children and young people.
Prior experience in this field is not a prerequisite; You will become part of a dynamic team, collaborating with seasoned recruiters while having ample opportunities for career advancement, with our unwavering support every step of the way.
Ensuring all areas of the business are carried out in line with company policies, procedures, quality standards and values.
Ensuring that the highest levels of safeguarding and child and vulnerable adult protection are always maintained in line with our Child and Vulnerable Adult Protection Policy and also in line with Keeping children safe in education national guidelines.
