Compass Associates is pleased to be collaborating with a leading provider of specialist healthcare on a nationwide scale in the UK. They are experts in a number of areas, including prisons, general practice and surgeries, hospitals, diagnostics and urgent care.

We are working in partnership to headhunt for a Practitioner Psychologist to join a well-established MDT at their prison service in Northampton. You will be well supported by the Mental Health and Psychology Leads, and tasked with psychological assessments and interventions of complex cases within the patient population, while also delivering training and supervisions to staff.

HCPC Registration as a Practitioner Psychologist – Clinical, Counselling or Forensic

Shift Pattern:
Full-time, 37.Mon – Fri, 8:30am to 4:30pm.

3 stages: 1st stage is an informal introductory virtual conversation with the Psychology Lead as an opportunity to learn more about the role. The final stage is a more formal, virtual interview.

This Practitioner Psychologist position pays an equivalent of Band 8b, at up to £63,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as an industry-leading benefit package:
