As a Quality Systems Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance the quality management systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations. Your role will be pivotal in driving continuous improvement initiatives and upholding the highest quality standards for products and processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing quality system strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Leading root cause analysis and championing problem-solving methodologies to enhance product quality.
The ideal candidate will possess:
  • A degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a Quality Systems role within the electronics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and experience with quality management system audits.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
