Central Employment are delighted to be working with a fast growing Digital Marketing and Design agency, as they look to recruit a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager (SEO/PPC/Email). Main Tasks of the Job: Actively prospecting to find our new business sales opportunities and then work with the broader team to convert to customers. Responding to inbound enquiries and qualifying through a rigorous process from lead to opportunity stage. Actively outreaching to potential new clients and building relationships and creating commercial opportunities. Clear understanding of how to qualify opportunities thoroughly and to maintain a complete prospect list and accurate forecast. Meeting prospects face to face and developing new sales opportunities for the company. The successful candidate will be experienced in B2B sales environments targeting customers with £30k+ projects and have a track record of exceeding sales targets. Desirable Skills/Knowledge: A can-do approach with energy and enthusiasm. Confident outgoing approach to sales, with an ability to connect with people either in person or on the telephone and build long-term relationships. The ability to manage and nurture a full new business sales cycle Working knowledge of CRM Systems. Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Highly organised and confident. Ability to work to very specific activity-based KPI's. Qualifications / Experience: Experience in B2B sales Experience in selling Digital Marketing At least 3 years experience in a new business role Experience working toward targets and goals
