The Auld Hundred is one of the earliest of Rose Street’s many and varied pubs, it follows a very strong Scottish theme plus a great selection of hearty pub food served in their beautiful hidden dining room.
You will be business focused and success-orientated, you will enjoy thriving in a creative and stylish environment. You will have a previous track record in a similar management position within the hospitality industry with experience of budgets, recruitment, stock control, ordering and staff management.
A quarterly performance related bonus scheme
