Graduate Engineer/ Electronics Engineer

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will carry out electrical and electronic design, build, and test activities across UKAEA programmes, working collaboratively with mechanical, electrical, and software teams to ensure all delivered systems are demonstrably safe through rigorous review and analysis. You will also contribute to the design, specification, procurement, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems—including ELV, LV, and HV—across a wide range of UKAEA projects.
Involvement of HDL and embedded software (C) where appropriate.
Perform fault-finding activities on electronic and electrical systems.
Gain experience with SPICE simulation modelling, EDA software and the manufacture and test of PCBs
Degree in Science or Engineering from 2025 or '26
Confident with all Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Final salary defined benefit scheme with an equivalent of 21.5% employer pension contribution
