Visionary Environmental Artist Wanted for Immersive TTRPG Project We are seeking an exceptionally talented and passionate Environmental Artist to join our team in creating captivating artwork for our upcoming TTRPG project. As a key member of our art team, you will play a crucial role in bringing the game world to life through visually striking illustrations that inspire and engage players.

Conceptualize and execute stunning environmental artwork using Photoshop or other layer-based painting software, in close collaboration with our Project Director.
Create 11 immersive splash art images for the Regions of the World, along with other artwork for the Capital Cities and Areas of Interest. Skillfully paint environments to strict layout specifications, showcasing expertise in both natural and architectural forms.
Ensure artwork aligns with the project's overall artistic vision and captivates players.

A robust portfolio demonstrating exceptional proficiency in digital painting, with a focus on natural environments, architectural design, and splash art.
Excellent time management skills to consistently meet deadlines without the need for crunch time or overtime.

The current rate is $8,000 USD or £6,400 GBP (for this project)

Bonus Points:
A passion for tabletop roleplaying games (e.g., Openness to mentorship and professional development opportunities, such as relevant art tutorials and courses (funded by us)

This is a freelance position with exciting opportunities for future project considerations.
