Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to help with an ongoing ERP rollout. You will be responsible for the delivery of work streams in an ERP project across the region.

Ensure that work stream projects are delivered to the highest standards, that they are mobilised in the right way, that the outcomes are clear, and that progress is driven to ensure that scope, time, quality, and cost targets are met on a consistent basis.

This role may encompass some travel to other sites throughout the region.

*2-3 days on site in Andover*

Responsibilities

  • Working with business stakeholders and the IT Team to plan and schedule the delivery of key work stream activities.
  • Leading delivery of agreed technical and business solutions, in collaboration with work stream leads and technical teams.
  • Adopting responsive and agile techniques where appropriate to ensure that the pace of the implementation matches the wider ERP project, and the expectations of the business teams.

Experience

  • 5+ years experience in ERP Project Management
  • Experience of managing projects with a mixed team of internal and external resources
  • Prince 2 Practitioner, PMP or similar
  • Six Sigma greenbelt or other BPR qualification
  • A strong leader and team player with good interpersonal skills able to create a sense of community amongst project teams
