Store Coordinator

We are currently seeking an Store Coordinator for the Marella stores in the UK for a full-time permanent position with an immediate start .

Coordination and management of all activities related to the assigned stores – frequent travel to the stores is required in order to supervise and implement business targets
Planning and managing the holiday tracker alongside the Retail Supervisor
Monitoring staff and drawing up monthly reports for the head office
Ensuring that the business objectives are met, including brand image, customer service satisfaction, brand identity and corporate standards required
Understanding all needs and requirements of all specific store locations, taking care of the clientele, proposing initiatives coherent with the brand objectives according to the retail supervisor and retail directors
Develop and consolidate the Client database
Managing all daily CRM activities assigned by the head office
Proposing CRM activities to stimulate potential customer base
Guarantee high visual standards in stores, for products, and sales representatives, in alignment with the brand's standard requirements
Planning and developing the staff's product, clientele and sales knowledge by optimising the available tools and the company's methods of training
Represent and act as brand ambassador for company events
Gathering and analysing data, and providing feedback to headquarters
Analyse selling reports and business performance
Guarantee all assigned resources are constantly representing the brand
