Our Head Office and Stores are in Baynards Green, Oxfordshire however this role may involve some travel.

The Stores Supervisor will ensure that all tool and equipment maintenance, testing and certification are carried out in line with regulatory and statutory requirements and ensure that the Stores are run in adherence to HSE guidelines and the requirements of the Company’s accreditations which include ISO 9001 and 14001 and FORS.

45 hours per week (including 30 minutes paid daily lunch break) Monday to Friday.

Run the Stores as a professional, efficient and legally compliant unit.

Liaise with the Field Team on the issue and return of equipment, materials and vehicles to ensure timely handover and record keeping.

Responsible for waste management in line with ISO 14001 Environmental management systems to include Hazardous / Non-Hazardous waste.

Obtain removal and disposal quotes, prepare products for disposal and arrange collection.

Updating of Risk Assessments and Procedures in Stores (Fire, COSHH, Lone Working etc)

Responsible for input and management of inventory and stock database into electronic system, ensuring 100% accuracy.

Log any damage or issues with equipment, raising poor performance to the attention of Management where necessary.

Ensure annual forklift service and maintenance are undertaken and accurate records are kept in line with LOLER Regulations and ensure daily pre-use checks are carried out.

Liaise with Landlord where necessary of servicing of alarms, roller doors, asbestos etc and maintain the relevant records.

Arrange timely and regular PAT testing in line with statutory requirements of Health & Safety at Work Act 1974. Maintain accurate and timely PAT testing register on Stores Database.

Stripping down and cleaning of pumps and equipment as necessary.

Fleet

Adhere to the Company’s driving policy when using company owned or hired vehicles.

Assist in the annual renewal of FORS accreditation through good reporting and record keeping both on in-house systems and Fleet Witness.

Contribute to the ongoing planning and review of Fleet.

Collections and deliveries as required
