Who are we? The Scot JCB Group is made up of Scot JCB, Scot Agri, and Stewart Plant Sales. Scot Agri provides machinery sales, service and parts from industry leaders JCB, Massey Ferguson, Horsch, KTWO, BVL and more across our nine agricultural depots. We pride ourselves on offering unrivalled customer service and industry leading response times. About the Role This role involves: Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with new and existing customers Generating new business through customer visits, phone calls and answering web enquiries Using our customer relationship management system to record customer visits, potential prospects, sales and lost orders Representing Scot Agri at demonstrationsto buyers Effectively handling customer issues and working to find the best solution Selling usedequipment Carrying out used equipment reports both in the field and inthe depot Responsibility for quotations, cost build-ups and profitability of deals Delivering machine installation and familiarisation training on site Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets (targets are based on machine volume and extended warranty packages sold) Required Skills Experience working in the agriculture industry and knowledge of agricultural machinery Relevant sales experience (preferred butnot essential) Proactive and conscientious nature Negotiation skills covering price, costs, delivery, and specifications with buyers (or the desire to learn) Presentation and demonstration experience Strong communication skills and a good understanding of the importance of excellent customer service Good computer skills with Microsoft Office packages and IT systems In return you will receive: A competitive salary and uncapped commission scheme Private Healthcare Company vehicle Laptop, iPhone and iPad Life assurance of three times your salary Enhanced pension scheme 30 days annual leave, increasing by 1 day for every 2 years’ service up toa total of 35 days Option to buy/sell up to 5 days annual leave per year Healthcare cash plan (company paid- value of £1000) Employee assistance programme (access to 6 free counselling sessions)
