You will also support the Finance Director in ensuring that the Firm remains compliant with its Anti Money Laundering requirements. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement credit control policies and procedures to optimise cash flow and minimise bad debt risk. Manage the credit control team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient operation and achievement of targets Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices and follow up on overdue accounts. Prepare regular reports and analysis on credit performance, aging debtors, and other key metrics for management review Stay up to date with relevant legislation and regulations governing credit management and ensure compliance with legal requirements Process improvement and efficiency gains within the credit control function Collaborate with colleagues to resolve customer queries and disputes related to invoicing and payments.
