The Role As a Project Management Associate, you will report to the Project Management Director within the Operations team. This is a full-time position.
What You Will Do * Effectively manage project timelines and resources, ensure everyone has what they need to succeed & deliver
Clearly drive the establishment and maintenance of project success criteria with success owners
Establish and maintain alignment among key internal and external stakeholders, in partnership with relevant account managers and the project pod
Track and report on project progress, including successes and challenges
Experience working with long term complex projects in environments with rigorous safety/quality standards
Excellent track record in project management, ideally in an agile environment and with cross-functional projects
Experience working to fixed long term timelines and adapting agile methodologies to these
Evidence that you can work in remote teams, are a self-driver with a willingness to take initiative and committed to continuous improvement and high-performance within a complex and fast-growing sector
Excited to be part of an international remote-working team with a proven ability to function effectively within diverse cultural environments
