One of valued global biotech clients are seeking Business Analyst to sit within their quality team.

Client

A successful immunology biotech that specialise in autoimmune disease and cancer. They are a really exciting fast growing Biotech that has grown by 70% in the past two years and is continuing to expand hugely. We have helped over 90 people join the company, including the team lead for the BIS function so know the company really well and have a great insight into their culture.

Role

They are looking to hire a Business Analyst (Associate Director) into both their Quality and Drug Development teams. They use Veeva as their main system where you would be helping improve the quality of IT services by analysing the core business needs. You will act as a link between business stakeholders and internal teams for the quality area of the business. You would providing high quality solutions and help improving the quality of IT services.

Requirements

  • Experience with quality management systems particularly Veeva Vault
  • Understanding of the Quality area, data and processes within the biopharmaceutical industry
  • Strong problem resolution, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Experience with agile development methodologies
