We're looking for a Project Manager to join our Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks Regional Civils team based in the South/Oxford.
 
South/Oxford – travel required
Contract : Permanent, Full-time
 
As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks team, delivering a programme of works spanning the Canal & River Trust, and similar natured clients with river, canal, and reservoir assets. Projects will vary from emergency schemes, maintenance, and capital works. 
You will be working alongside Estimating, Commercial, and Project Management functions to ensure timely and smooth delivery.
~ Monitor the performance of the Site Management team, and implement improvements as needed.
~ Manage operational communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies for the projects by providing regular, accurate, consolidated reports and forecasts for the project to the area management, Kier Group, and customers.
~ Fulfil contracts safely, on time, and to the required quality while maximising gross margin and customers' satisfaction. In particular, to ensure compliance with Kier Group's policies, procedures and best practices relating to the implementation of the project(s) and the management of the site(s). 
~ Leading an existing team of Site Management (Agents, Site Managers, General Foreman)
