Responsibilities of the office manager/admin :

Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

Maintain office supplies inventory and vendor relationships

Support various departments with specific tasks as needed

Requirements of the office manager/admin :

Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic accounting principles

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
