London, United Kingdom Sisua Full time

Job Title: Consultant – Management Consulting

Location: London

Who are Sisua?

Sisua was founded to bring clients into the heart of how consulting is done. In 2018 we saw another way to serve our clients as true partners, to help them solve their most difficult challenges.

Our team has served dozens of clients from both the public and private sectors and through this experience we have come to understand that the most important success factor in all these engagements is our people.

We want you to feel different working with us than a typical consultancy and experience how this builds a new type of collaborative, entrepreneurial environment for you to grow within. As a relatively young and dynamic company, there really is no limit to the scale and breadth of areas you may choose to get involved in, as many of our first joiners can attest to. On the client engagement side of things, we provide project, programme, and change leadership advising on and delivering complex transformation from setup, mobilisation and recovery. Whilst this is our core focus, we are also continuing to expand into Change Management and other areas and are keen to build our team to reflect that ambition.

Are you looking to grow within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment? Do you have an abundance of energy but find yourself looking for more than your current role offers? Sisua could very well be the place for you to consider your next move…

What will you be doing?

A Sisua Consultant will utilise their core consulting skills and knowledge with a positive and tenacious attitude. They can contribute to the delivery of workstreams and projects with support and oversight by senior colleagues as well as work autonomously (and feel empowered to highlight areas where additional support is required).

As a representative of Sisua working closely with our clients, it is critical that our consultants are strong communicators with a drive to build strong and lasting relationships.

Our company is on a growth journey that relies on all of our team coming to work with their most open-minded, innovative and resilient selves. This is a role that will suit someone who is looking to develop their consulting capabilities and wants to learn how to build and scale a company.

Your skills and experience

  • Ability to use your consulting capabilities to contribute to the delivery of projects and workstreams
  • Ability to liaise with Sisua management team to ensure any risks/issues are understood and raised in a timely manner
  • Commitment to quality outputs and engagement in the Sisua quality assurance process
  • Ability to engage with the Sisua management team and fellow consultants to develop services and products and can work across internal projects
  • Pro-active approach and the ability to demonstrate professionalism, for example, time keeping, managing expectations, following through on commitments and client-centricity
  • Have a passion for IT and digital trends
  • Can contribute to internal discussions that involve sales / marketing type topics
  • Build and maintain a learning and development plan that aligns with your aspirations and Sisua

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience in a Management Consulting environment
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Some exposure to project management frameworks
  • Some exposure to business analysis frameworks
  • Some exposure to project management offices
  • Some experience working in a problem-solving environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Desire to progress in a client facing role and nurture client relationships
  • Organised and able to hit deadlines
  • Flexible to travel to client site
  • Flexible to work in London HQ
  • Competent with core MS Office applications (Teams / Outlook / Word / PowerPoint)

What is it like to work with us?

Self-directed career model – you decide how your career will develop. Working in an entrepreneurial environment means whilst we have a core business offering, we are keen to explore new avenues and will support you to explore the areas that interest you.

Entrepreneurial spirit is built into our business, there will be many opportunities to demonstrate and use your creativity.

Well-being is important to Sisua, so we encourage all employees to take time out.

We offer 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.

Every 6 weeks our team comes together as a group to reconnect, celebrate successes and build upon our strategy for the coming months.

Our goal is to pay out a discretionary bonus each quarter to reward hard work quickly, rather than the annual cycle many organisations follow. Our discretionary bonus scheme is for all employees.

Health and wellbeing are key for our team to feel like they are thriving, so we offer dental and medical support.

We offer a matched contribution pension scheme.

Candidates must hold the legal right to work in the UK and meet the level of experience outlined to be considered for this role.

Sisua is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where our team are treated with respect and fairness. We believe in equal opportunities for employment and advancement, and we affirm that all applications will receive consideration without regard to race, ethnicity, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, nationality, age, disability, faith or social background. We do not filter applications by education background and encourage applications from those who identify with less represented and minority groups.
