Regional Operations Director | Elderly Care Home

Discretionary bonus, car allowance, mileage, phone & laptop

The group currently operate a successful remit of care homes and pride themselves on being a high quality care provider who value their staff and the people they look after.

The purpose of the role is to support overall day to day operations of the remit through the organisational strategies and to support, mentor and guide current Regional & Registered Managers to drive KPI's to deliver on providing high quality care.

Will be expected to be visible across all care homes within the remit
• Candidate must be commercial astute and have the confidence to manage a team of Registered Managers in line with quality and operational outcomes
• Must act as a support system and mentor for Area & Registered Managers and wider staff within the care home
• Drive KPI's and overall performance
• As the Regional Operations Manager you will be expected to drive performance around delivery of quality care, governance, staffing, recruitment, occupancy, promoting excellence etc. It's important you're able to recognise indicators of poor performance and act quickly to remedy them as well as work systematically with Area Managers to develop and deliver each branches business plan.

Evidence of commercial excellence
• Exposure to and understanding of CQC regulations
• This role is to cover care homes across the North West.
