Days - Office based
£My client is a leading producer & supplier of food suppliments across the globe. Due to the increase in production they are in need of multiple Specification Technologists OR Technicians to join their site in Biggleswade.
Completion of customer format specification & Internal specifications and nutritional information for customer product launches for packaging, food safety, allergen and intolerance data
Risk Assessments - Allergens
Horizon Scanning - looking at food alerts and checking if any of their raw ingredients would be effected
Trial set ups - Looking at how the ingredients go through the factory and how they are blended
Completion of questionnaires - Halal, Kosher, Vegan, Vegetarian
I'm looking for candidates who either have experience within a food manufacturing environment in a Specifications Technologist role Or you may have a University degree within food science and are lookign for your first role.
