Here at MJ Quinn, we currently have an exciting new opportunity in our Service Delivery team f or a General Manager Copper. Your working pattern will be Monday to Friday 8.We have over 1500 workers delivering our services. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager Copper, to join our team established Service Delivery team, working on our Openreach contract. If you are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in operations management, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of MJ Quinn
Working as part of a team to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
To always promote a positive and professional image of the department, by adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards.
Work safely and responsibly within MJ Quinn’s values and operational policies, procedures, and accepted behaviours to avoid harm to yourself, those around you and our neighbours and communities.
Any ad-hoc duties as requested by the line manager.
To be responsible for all day-to-day administrative duties within the Fleet department and providing general administrative support to all members of the team.
Monitor team performance to ensure team members are on track.
Discover training needs and provide coaching.
Managing performance by setting clear goals and expectations, tracking progress, ensuring feedback and addressing performance problems and issues promptly
Maintain and build up a good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders including colleagues, customers, suppliers, and senior management teams.
Review and analyse data including KPIs; Hold a full driving license help for a minimum of 12 months with no more than 6 points.
A demonstrable working knowledge of Openreach’s Copper Network.
SMART accreditations pertaining to Openreach’s Copper Network is desirable
Have strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities.
E level B+ in Mathematics & English (or equivalent).
Be computer literate.
Have a strong orientation towards quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work.
A legal right to work in the UK.
