We are looking for a Senior Food Safety Technologist to play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of food safety, legality, and quality across our production kitchens.
As a key member of the Food Safety & Technical team, you will lead compliance efforts, champion best practices, and mentor kitchen teams to maintain exceptional standards. Your expertise will help us deliver safe, high-quality products while driving continuous improvement.
Implement and monitor compliance with food safety legislation across Harrods Production, Pastry Kitchens, and Chocolaterie.
Lead and maintain HACCP plans, SOPs, and food safety audits, ensuring alignment with legal and brand standards.
Investigate food safety and quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
Deliver food safety training and foster a strong food safety culture throughout the business. You will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for food safety and quality. Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Food Safety, Technical, or Environmental Health.
Have experience in manufacturing or retail supplier management, with strong knowledge of HACCP (minimum Level 3).
Proven experience in food safety compliance and auditing.
Strong PC literacy (Word, Excel; SAP desirable).
