Job Description

Due to our continued goal of delivering exceptional experiences to both internal and external candidates, as well as our internal customers, we are looking to appoint a Recruitment Coordinator to join the team for 18 months. You will be based at our Global Offices in Shoreditch, supporting the international recruitment team. Our team is agile, customer-focused, and proactive. We work at a fast pace with stakeholders based around the world. If you’re curious, customer-focused, well-organized, and have a track record in recruitment (agency or internal), this could be the role for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings via Outlook and other ATS technologies
    • Multiple time zones.
    • High volume.
    • Quick execution.
  • Support of administrative recruitment tasks:
    • Initial CV screening & long listing.
    • Raising Offer Paperwork.
    • Refining job adverts.
    • Requesting Salary recommendations from Rewards partners.
    • Initial candidates contact via telephone.
  • Participating in projects on an as-needed basis
  • Creating strong partnerships within the Global TA team and other internal departments.
  • Delivering a first-class experience for all candidates & stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Previous HIGH-VOLUME recruiting and or scheduling experience is essential .
    • Preference given to applicants with multi country recruitment experience.
  • Exceptional problem solving, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with any ATS and core MS Office 365 products: Outlook, Excel, and Word

  • Professional – Maintain strict confidentiality on matters that require discretion.
  • Curious - Willing to learn and step out of comfort zone.
  • Resilient - Able to work through complexity and find outcomes.
