Job Description Housekeeping Assistant Location: Oaks Hospital, Colchester Hours: 30 hours per work (Evening shifts, between Monday and Sunday) Salary: Depending on experience + Benefits The role: We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at Oaks Hospital based in Colchester. This is an exciting and important operational support role working across departments to facilitate the efficient and timely required hygiene standards. As an integral and valued member of our housekeeping team, you will be required to assist in maintaining the hospitals outstanding reputation for quality and cleanliness. Located conveniently on the outskirts of Colchester, the hospital opened on this site in 1994, with plenty of free parking for patients. What you will bring: High levels of customer service as this role is patient facing A positive can do attitude The ability to learn quickly and adapt to a changing environment Good interpersonal skills The ability to manage own workload Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required A good understanding of Hospital Infection prevention processes would be advantageous.
