Remote working - Penrith, Cumbria near the Lake District, 1-2 days per month - travel expenses covered.
£Join a dynamic team at an acclaimed Software company nestled in the serene surroundings of the Lake District. Reporting directly to the Head of Development, you'll oversee a team of 5 Senior Developers, each managing their own compact teams.
Collaborate with Senior Developers to maintain team performance and quality of work.
Drive Agile strategies forward.
Create comprehensive software documentation and best practices.
This role offers flexibility with remote work, requiring presence at their Cumbria, Lake District offices twice a month.

Prior experience as a Solutions Architect, Senior/Lead Developer, or similar role
Proficiency in JavaScript
js, Express.js, or similar back-end frameworks
Strong understanding of Agile Development practices
Experience with Azure DevOps
