The role includes Maintaining customer compliance Updating Care and Support Plans Creating Care and Support Plans Risk assessing Supervising and mentoring our existing and new care staff out on the field Participating in the Branch Back up Rota, supporting our central Out of Hours Service (Additional pay) Providing hands on care in emergency's If you possess the following attributes, this could be the perfect role for you Passion about caring for the elderly Looking to progress your career in care Excellent communication skills, verbally & written Enjoys problem solving Natural leadership skills A full training and development program will be provided including accredited qualifications.
