As a Mortgage Paraplanner, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service. Understand clients’ overall financial positions from fact-finds.
Collaborate with Mortgage and Protection Advisors to discuss client objectives, identifying and obtaining necessary information for suitability checks.
Conduct annual reviews in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Proficient use of mortgage-specific software.
Proven success and knowledge within Financial Services, specialising in mortgage and protection advice.
Excellent understanding of local market movements, activities, and competitors.
Effective communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
High standard of English grammar and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to assess suitability in line with clients’ goals.
Analytical skills, especially in analysing financial records and providing technical commentary.
Full driving licence.
Experience in advising on a range of products, including residential, buy-to-let (BTL), commercial, and bridging loans.
32 days annual leave, including bank holidays.
