As a Business Insight Analyst, you will play a crucial role in empowering various business units through data insights. Collaborating closely with partners from different business units to understand their data needs.
Bridging the gap between data and business objectives to provide meaningful and actionable insights.
Guiding partners through data exploration, uncovering trends, patterns, and key performance indicators.
Ensuring the availability of accurate and relevant data to target the right audiences ahead of time.
Conducting gap analysis and briefing data agencies promptly and efficiently.
Utilizing Salesforce database interrogation skills to generate accurate and compliant audience selections.
Identifying gaps in our data on Salesforce and making recommendations for improvement.
Collaborating with Production, Marketing, and Sales to build well-targeted data.
Providing analysis of data and ongoing recommendations to improve audience strategies.
Creating necessary reports using Salesforce.
Supporting the ongoing monitoring of data quality within selections.
Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
Proven experience working with Salesforce.
Demonstrable understanding of GDPR and data compliance.
