Trainer Requirements • Must be based in London or surrounding areas • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT standards, governance, service management, risk, and compliance • Strong background in the following areas: ITIL / IT Service Management (ITSM) IT Governance (COBIT, ISO/IEC 20000) ISO/IEC 27001 & Information Security Continuous Improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) IT Operations and Cybersecurity Risk Management Previous experience delivering corporate IT training Ability to provide practical insights and real-world case studies Course Objectives By the end of the course, the participant will be able to: Understand key IT standards and frameworks, including ITIL, ISO/IEC 20000, and COBIT. Implement effective IT governance aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements. Optimise IT service management processes such as incident, problem, change, and service level management. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry IT standards. Apply continuous improvement techniques to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Identify, assess, and mitigate IT and cybersecurity risks. Promote a culture of excellence and value-driven IT operations.
