Trainee Commercial Recruitment Consultant
Monday - Friday 8.Here at KPI Recruiting we are looking to add talent to our ever-expanding Commercial division. Based from our modern Office in Warrington we require a Trainee Recruitment Consultant who will support our commercial services division.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for attracting candidates for jobs through marketing and advertising, matching their skill set to job descriptions and gaining a good understanding of their expectations. You will build relationships, in order to gain a better understanding of your clients' recruitment needs and requirements.

Working as a Recruitment Consultant means that no two days are the same You will be working in a fast paced and diverse role, where you will draft job profiles, advertise through various social media platforms, attending face to face client meetings & networking. You will also provide a consultative service by providing market advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.

Using sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to attract business from client companies
Developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, their work culture and environment
Using candidate databases to match the right person to the client's vacancy
Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment processes
Address problems immediately and plan and organise to move forward quickly
Strong customer focus, combined with commercial and business acumen - professional conduct
