We are seeking a Recruitment Consultant to be based in the Southampton office; At PRS we pride ourselves on delivering candidates and clients a quality, consultative service by listening, being organised, and doing what we say we will.
Recruitment is heavily sales focused, and we want people who enjoy building relationships and developing business where no two days are ever the same. A large part of the role is talking on the phone, you need confidence with the ability to listen and deliver a high-quality service to candidates and clients. Spotting opportunities for short-, medium-, and long-term wins
Writing job specifications
Building relationships with clients, candidates and colleagues
Maintaining a high-quality database of candidates and clients which allows you to seek out business quickly and actively.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the recruitment sector, within Industrial or Business Services, Commercial, Administration and Facilities Services or related industries.
· UK Driving Licence (preferrable)

Salary: negotiable based on experience- Uncapped Commission
