TRS (Tubular Running Services) Field Operator II

Weatherford Aberdeen has an exciting opportunity for an experienced TRS (Tubular Running Services) Field Operator II to join the TRS Team .The TRS Field Operator II will be responsible for the installation, repair, and routine servicing of TRS-related equipment both in the field and the shop. This hands-on role involves operating Weatherford’s equipment and systems, following detailed technical procedures, and ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of services to our clients.
Perform field operations for TRS equipment (Manual Handling Equipment, Power Equipment, Thread Monitoring Systems).
Provide on-site support to the Field Supervisor, ensuring adherence to Weatherford service quality standards and client expectations
Participate in daily safety meetings, toolbox talks, and Job Hazard Analyses (JHA); Minimum 3 years of oil and gas offshore field experience with at least 1-2 years in Tubular Running Services (TRS).
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, strong judgment and decision-making to be in line with policies and procedures.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook.
Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts, and travel to remote locations as required.
