About the role ‍

You'll be a Mid-level Data engineer brought in to build models and maintain the data infrastructure of over 20+ cloud hosted products. Working closely with other analytics engineers, you'll develop roadmaps in AWS and handle data ingestions both batch and streaming using tools like Kafka and Glue. Any knowledge of building platforms and carrying out Data transformations using DBT would be desirable as well as the use of Airflow for Data Orchestration

You'll work in a cross functional team alongside Data Architects, Engineers, Data Governance Analysts and BI specialists having the opportunity to work on multiple projects at a time and learn from experienced subject matter experts

Interview process

# The first stage consists of a remote teams interview with either the Head of Talent or the Head of Data lasting 30-45 minutes. This is an initial screen to walk through your CV, projects and motivations
# The second stage would be a technical interview where you'd complete a virtual pair programming task, this would be issued live in the interview and would consist of a problem to solve or a piece of code to assess. This would be with 2 Senior Data Engineers and is aimed at assessing your approach in a talk through style vs a formal Q&A
